Applications: Shaved ice desserts and for chilling purposes

Clear Block Ice

Available in 9 kg, 18 kg and 120 kg sizes.

Applications: Cutting into artisanal ice and creating ice sculptures

Block Ice: Typical Usage

Block Ice Usage

Block ice is typically delivered to wet markets and seafood providers. It is crushed into granular form to display and store seafood. Iceman’s block ice comes in 18 kg, 35 kg and 140 kg sizes.

Artisan Ice

Cocktail bars and fine dining establishments sometimes hand cut our clear block ice to create crystal-clear ice cubes for use in drinks. Many customers prefer to purchase our pre-cut artisanal ice rather than cut themselves.

Ice Sculptures

Our large clear ice blocks are highly sought after for use in ice sculptures. These time-limited works of art can be for display purposes, or they can be interactive.
