• 40 ml (1 1/3 oz.) dry gin
• 20 ml (2/3 oz.) citrus liqueur (like blue Curaçao)
• 20 ml (2/3 oz.) lemon juice
• 10 ml (1/3 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
• 1 slice of lemon
• Ice cubes

Preparation In a shaker Preparation

Combine all ingredients and ice cubes in a shaker.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.

Garnish with a slice of lemon.
