Boarding
For a great start to your holidays, it’s a good idea to arrive at the boarding gate as early as possible. Follow our guide for more tips on how to enjoy a stress-free boarding experience.
Boarding closing time
You’ll find your boarding time printed on your boarding pass. Do note that the boarding gate closes 15 minutes before your flight departs. At some airports, the boarding gate may be a distance away from the immigration checkpoint. In such cases, we recommend giving yourself ample time to make your way to the boarding gate.
Boarding sequence
Passengers who require special assistance, as well as those with infants and toddlers will board first, followed by all other passengers in this sequence:
- Suites and First Class passengers
- Business Class passengers and PPS Club members
- Premium Economy Class passengers, KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Star Alliance Gold members
- Economy Class passengers
Cabin baggage
For a smoother boarding experience, we recommend familiarising yourself with our cabin baggage allowances. If you have any cabin baggage in excess of the allowance, our ground staff will be happy to help you check in your baggage before boarding.
