Seger and his wife had lived in a previous home at this location for nearly two decades before purchasing an adjoining lot for $1.2 million, demolishing both houses, and building this home in 2009. The estimated value of the house is $9.6 million. On October 31, 2021 there was a fire at the home. The fire was confined to a chimney flue and caused damage to the home, including the golf simulator, but nobody was injured.
