Body Composition Testing
The InBody 570 is 98% as accurate as the state-of-the-art DEXA scan used in the medical field! The InBody 570 is a top-of-the-line body composition scanner that goes beyond a traditional weight scale – measuring fat, muscle, and total body water in minutes. This scanner provides patrons with fat and muscle mass distributions, as well as their intracellular and extracellular water splits. Knowing this information allows members to understand how fat, water, and muscle are distributed within their body - which is vital to understanding a person’s health and fitness. The scanner takes no more than a few minutes to accurately print nineteen different body composition statistics, helping to make goal setting and tracking progress that much easier. Our personal trainers are able to accurately analyze your results and can help you develop effective strategies towards achieving a well-rounded body and overall great health. It is about time you take control of your fitness goals!
