Borderlands 3 - Rick & Morty Easter Egg And Legendary Weapon

How do you see the Rick & Morty easter egg in Borderlands 3? How do you get the legendary weapon they drop? Gearbox Software's latest looter shooter contains numerous easter eggs and references to various pop culture figures, films, and TV shows, and Rick & Morty is one of them. Here's how to see the easter egg and have a chance of getting the legendary weapon they drop.

Rick & Morty Easter Egg and Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3

In order to see the Rick & Morty easter egg, you'll need to head to the Meridian Metroplex on Promethea and use the warp point bang in the middle of the map, just north of the Catch-a-Ride icon. This will transport you to Lectra City, and from here you'll want to head north-east to the top right corner of the map.

Once there, it's possible that two enemies named Wick and Clobber Warty will have spawned. These are, of course, puns on the Rick and Morty characters - with similar features and likenesses to boot. Their presence is not guaranteed every time you visit the map, so you may have to load out and load back in again if they're not there at any one time.

Engage in combat with them and you'll have the chance of obtaining the Redundant Savvy Phebert - a legendary shotgun that comes with a shield. It's a particularly strong weapon that you'll want to have in your inventory for endgame content.
