Total Career Earnings:$271,413,624

In 2012, Bradley Beal signed a four-year, $18.65 million rookie contract with the Washington Wizards. At just 19 years old, Beal played his first official season in the NBA, earning approximately $4.13 million in salary. Throughout the contract’s lifespan, his salary gradually increased, and by the 2015/16 season, he was earning $5.7 million per year.

When it came time to renew, Bradley stuck with the Wizards, inking the maximum deal possible given his short time in the league. This contract was a five-year, fully guaranteed, $127.2 million agreement that would boost Beal’s average annual salary to $25.4 million. The deal went to plan without a hitch, and upon completion in 2021, Beal was then 27 years old with $144.1 million in career earnings.

The shooting guard briefly signed a two-year extension worth $70.1 million, but opted out after just one season, earning $33.72 million.

Second Nine-Figure Contract

In 2022, Bradley Beal became one of the few professional NBA athletes to sign a second nine-figure contract, which was again the maximum deal available. This contract was worth $251 million over five years and fully guaranteed, which becomes an essential detail in just a second. Beal was traded to the Phoenix Suns after just one season under the deal. He played two seasons with the Suns, earning a combined $97 million. However, in July 2025, the Suns waived Beal, buying out the remainder of his contract.

As a result of the buyout, the Suns will pay Beal $19.38 million annually until he’s received the full $97 million owed. The first payment came in 2025, and the final payment will be made during the 2029/30 season.

Beal recently signed a two-year, $10.98 million contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, which, despite being a drastic salary decline, won’t feel like it thanks to his deferred payments from the Suns. Thus far in his career, Bradley Beal has earned approximately $342.87 million in salary. This figure is guaranteed to exceed $426 million by 2029.

Endorsements

Throughout his career, Bradley Beal has secured multiple 7-figure endorsement deals with companies such as Nike, Panini, Pepsi, Muzik Headphones, Super Group, and Kuaishou Technology.

In 2012, Beal first signed a shoe endorsement contract with Nike. He was estimated to be earning $250,000/year from the agreement. In 2020, he signed a new multi-year deal with Nike’s Jordan brand. The specifics of the agreement were never publicly disclosed.

Outside the shoe world, Beal has worked on commercials for multiple brands, including LMNT, an electrolyte hydration brand, Mountain Dew, a soft drink, and Easterns Automotive, a used car dealer.

During the early stages of his career, Beal was estimated to earn around $1 million/year from endorsements; however, in recent years, this figure has increased to an estimated $7.5 million/year. In 2025, Forbes listed Bradley Beal as the 40th highest-paid athlete in the world, with an estimated annual income of $58.2 million. Roughly $8 million of this figure was earned from brand endorsements.
