• smallrunner86 Posted 05-18-18I don’t think the color matters. Just Gatorade in general helps you stay hydrated which helps with supply
• jaydeebird Posted 05-18-18Liquids don't increase supply. As in increased liquids = increase in supply. You just want to stay hydrated or your supply will obviously decrease if you're dehydrated. Advertisement | page continues below

• ErinP531 Posted 05-18-18I found that the red one gave me massive heart burn. The yellow and orange were good and my supply was increasing when I drank it. Not pumping anymore though.
