Before I discovered Bridgetown Mushrooms, I was buying from a giant produce distributor. I didn't know the farmers, or where they were grown. They were just boring, plain mushrooms.  Another chef recommended Bridgetown Mushrooms, so I set up a meeting. When they brought in the samples, I knew right away  these were the mushrooms I wanted to represent our restaurant. I was blown away by the giant display of colorful mushrooms I've had never seen before. They gave me a detailed history of how they started and how the mushrooms are grown. I placed my first order that day, and was immediately inspired to change the menu to reflect the higher quality mushrooms. I highly recommend them!
