Description: 24% fat organic coconut cream or 18% fat organic coconut milk without additives are both processed from pure coconut cream extracted from fresh, matured and paired coconut kernels (white meat). Aseptically packed to preserve freshness of natural coconut cream.

Ingredients: Organic Coconut Kernel Extract and Water only.

Application: Use as an ingredient for culinary applications, blending for manufacturing of ice cream, yoghurt, desserts, confectionary, ready meals, sauces and soups.

Country of Origin: Sri Lanka.

Certifications: BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, Kosher, EU and USDA Organic.
