Sourdough continues to have a MOMENT. While you may be sick of taking care of your once-beloved sourdough starter, there is no way you're sick of eating delicious, crispy sourdough toast. It's simply not possible! Luckily, your next taste of delicious sourdough is just a trip to the Burger King drive-thru away.

Burger King announced today that it is bringing back the fan-favorite Sourdough King for a limited time. If you've never had the pleasure of trying one of these iconic burgers, well, that's a shame I guess! But now is your chance, babe! This burger features a quarter-pound burger patty, topped with thick-cut smoked bacon, American cheese, ketchup, and mayonnaise, which, yes, is delicious on its own. But the stars of the show are the toasted sourdough slices the burger hangs out in between. YUM. You can even try it in a double version if you're feeling particularly famished.

To top things off, BK is celebrating bringing back this iconic sandwich with a bit of an interesting promo. Burger King will give a Sourdough King away to anyone who has a silent G in their name through the BK app now for a limited time. This means people named Hugh and Leigh, and...I am sure there are other names too (truly blanking at the moment, sorry!) can get one of these delicious burgers for free just for being who they are! What's it like to be the favorites, Hughs?

For the rest of us who are not so blessed in the name department, we can pay full price for a Sourdough King during its limited-time run now through April 19. Totally worth it!!
