Cait is an optional Companion that can be obtained in the Combat Zone, which is close to Goodneighbor. She likes lockpicking, and also chem usage but only until her companion quest is done.
After reaching highest affinity with Cait, and completing her companion quest Benign Intervention, you will gain the Trigger Rush perk, which regenerates Action Points 25% faster if your health is below 25%.
