Firt of all... I want to apologize because my english is not perfect, but you will understand my problem XD Im playing 1.9 and I didn't find someone else with this problem... I just cant feed animals with weath!!! I did stand around them doing nothing... i did try cliking them... even hitting them! But animals don't even follow me! Please, if someone know if im doing something wrong please tell me... if it is really weird and you don't know what is going on, tell me please so I can know that is a problem from my download and not from the version. You might be playing on the wrong pre-release or pressing the wrong button. To feed them, right-click them with the wheat, they also follow wheat. Just depends on the pre-release you're using though. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack Goals... We all need 'em.

You forgot to say which exact prerelease you are running. I know that breeding was working by 1.9 PR5 which was the first prerelease I tried. But I think creepers had a glitch in that version and tended to wipe you out easily, even at the edge of their range. As mentioned you have to have wheat in your hand and get them interested (they should be looking at you or follow you and may start circling you). But you need to have 2 animals relatively close together before "right" clicking the wheat. If you just run around spamming wheat in the wild they may wander off in the wrong direction looking for love. Chickens can sometimes be difficult to breed when they start circling you real fast. Thanks you all... I'm playing Beta 1.9, the only luck I've got untill now is a sheep and a pig following me into a cave while having weath in my inventory... But they wont follow me out so I started thinking that I couldn't breed a pair of sheep early because they don't feel interested in weath /: Ok, maybe it is really a problem of the download.
