Unless you have a very and extremely large Leopard Gecko, we recommend using our regular (and not our Giant) mealworms.This is a general rule for feeding Leopard Geckos:

• Baby Geckos: Insects that are around 0.4" long
• Juvenile Geckos: Insects that are around 0.25" long
• Adult geckos: Insects that are 1/2" to 3/4" long

As a rule, you shouldn't feed your gecko insects bigger than the space between his eyes. Here is a photo that explains why; as you can see there is a lot of 'cheek' on either side of the gecko's throat:

Leopard geckos eat mealworms, superworms, waxworms, Phoenix Worms®, hornworms and Dubia Roaches.

If you haven't got a feeding dish, we recommend our No Escapee Feeder Dish. To make sure your gecko is eating, you can put in 10 mealworms every night at bedtime. In the morning you can count them to see if he or she is eating yet and how many.
