Cancel your Prime Video add-on subscriptions online.

Need to cancel a Prime Video add-on subscription?

Go to Manage Your Subscriptions

1. Go to Manage Your Subscriptions and select Your subscriptions from the top menu.
2. Find the add-on subscription that you want to cancel.
3. Select Unsubscribe and confirm.

If you’re offered a self-service refund, and choose to accept it, your cancellation will immediately take effect. Otherwise, your subscription end date displays on the confirmation screen. You’re able to reverse your cancellation until that date. After the end date, you won't be charged for, or have access to content from that channel. If you're not offered a self-service refund and want to cancel immediately, please contact customer service. If you pay for your Prime Video add-on subscription through Apple, any subscription cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew, otherwise you may be charged.
