Canelo Alvarez shows off agility skills in intense workout

Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez and Callum Smith will clash inside the ring at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Smith’s WBA title super-middleweight title be on the line, with the vacant WBC crown also up for grabs.

Neither star has fought since November 2019, when Alvarez successfully fought Sergey Kovalev for the WBO light heavyweight title, while Smith retained his belt against John Ryder.

"I'm very happy to return to the ring and continue to make history," said Alvarez.

"I am motivated to continue to be the best, and I look forward to fighting Callum Smith, who is one of the best at 168lbs."

Smith is confident of retaining his title once again and is hoping to put on a show for those watching.

The undercard is scheduled to start at 1am GMT, with Alvarez and Smith expected to be in the ring around 4am.
