Appearance[]
Cartoon Cat appears to be a pitch-black, tall, slender, and malleable humanoid entity with a feline head, manifesting with a physical aesthetic akin to that of a rubber hose cartoon character, albeit far more grotesque and realistic. Word of God ⁽ᶜᶦᵗᵃᵗᶦᵒⁿ ⁿᵉᵉᵈᵉᵈ⁾ states that the entity has inconsistent height, with some photos depicting Cartoon Cat reaching up to the size of a two-story building, exceeding the height of a single story residence, while others depict it at shorter heights, being only a few feet taller than an average human being.
This also applies to Cartoon Cat's shape and physical characteristics. A particular photo of it depicts it with a large white patch pasted on its abdomen, not wearing gloves (which are often prominent in pictures with Cartoon Cat) and wearing cartoonish boots.
There are multiple prominent traits for the creature Cartoon Cat, some notable examples include the following:
Its eyes, both of which fluctuate between being shorter and more rounded, to a more ovular shape. They are composed of a white "sclera" analogue which occasionally appears to become bloodshot, and a black pupil which dilates in a way that is akin to that of a cat. Its crooked and often blood-stained teeth that are affixed within a set of pallid red gums. Another notable trait is that it often wears white gloves with three thin, textural black lines. Its fingers are slender and sharp, and their count vary based on multiple factors[1][2] Cartoon Cat's legs often end in sharp points or simple stubs, but a specific, aforementioned photograph depicts the creature wearing boots.
Trevor states that Cartoon Cat is a shape-shifting blob, and that it has significant control over its form. [3] It has the most malleable appearance out of all Trevor Henderson's monsters, as almost all aspects of the creature vary by specific encounter[4].
A photograph of the vile abomination revealing more of what is hidden has showcased it transporting itself while ducking, seemingly moving on its knees due to its unfathomably large size in this picture. Without gloves, and unnaturally sharp and jarred fingers. This time, not only is it greater in size than other appearances, but it also seems more corpulent. It has a grotesque facial expression, shifting its pupils to face opposite directions, and possessing an oddly human nose followed by an agape, wide-open mouth that can also be perceived as Cartoon Cat's mask folding backwards, to reveal a horrifying fleshy growth serving as an extension for its gums, which are split open by a crooked smile with many small teeth poking out.
Behavior[]
Cartoon Cat is a malevolent cosmic parasite. One that is hollow and hungry for violence and atrocities that remain as of now undisclosed. One that has been stated numerous times to be fetid, rotten, and ancient[5][6][7][8]. Cartoon Cat disguises as a rubber-hose style cartoon mascot, This likely has to do with its nature as a parasite.[9]
Most who encounter the creature meet with an unfortunate fate. Most of which are mainly within an undisclosed abandoned mall, although it has been shown to be capable of travel to other locations. This is because Cartoon Cat was proven to be so dangerous due to its "unchecked limitations", (citation needed) that even other monsters avoid going near its lair. Cartoon Cat was implied to be the most powerful creature in the whole mythos, apparently so mighty that even in a hypothetical collective fight between all the mythos' monsters, Cartoon Cat would be the victor. This is however hypothetical, and purely speculative.[10]
Cartoon Cat is well known for its malevolence[11], even exceeding The Man with The Upside-Down Face,[12] despite his love for misery and negativity. Cartoon Cat was implied to commit atrocities more heinous than what The Man has done. As well as this, it is at the highest rank at the pain/malevolence scale used by Trevor to rank the creatures by malevolence along with The Man.[13]
Whereas Cartoon Cat isn't a Tulpa like Siren Head, Trevor has stated[14][15] that as long as people have a belief of its existence in a certain capacity, Cartoon Cat is able to manifest through some sort of dimensional gateway from its dimension to ours, stated to have been "filtered" through old media, implying that Cartoon Cat manifests in devices such as television, or any medium used to display audio-visual diffusion, possibly within a sort of cartoon animation, hence its name and characteristics, albeit the entity's exact behavior remains unspoken of, presumably murdering viewers of the "show" later on. It is theorized that if cartoon cat were to be defeated publicly by a powerful being, this could significantly diminish its power, and it may entirely sever its connection to the Materium, due to the shift in public perception such an encounter would have.
In a general Q&A space hosted on October 10th, 2022 by Trevor with @BloodyFM,Trevor has summarized Cartoon Cat saying the following (extracted from Close Captions of the space, timestamp 38:44 - 39:38 and slightly fixed to be more comprehensible):
| “ | [...] So he uses the output of creatives to manifest in our world. Like it uses them like a porthole from one place to another. So right now it's using a cat, like it's using this cartoon image from the authorities or whatever. [...] They could have had previous forms that will probably have different forms in the future. This is just it's it's a faux body, current form, faux body right now. | „ |

Abilities[]
Most of the entity's high impact abilities aren't directly stated, but implied, Cartoon Cat has a wide range of supernatural abilities, as it is malleable, following the rubber-hose old cartoon style, where cartoon mascots were able to change shape according to action, and had significant resistance to physical harm (This means that Cartoon Cat might shape shift into anyone and anything). Another ability of Cartoon Cat is that it is implied to be able to redact information about itself, as demonstrated in the fact sheet[16] of the creature, where one could only make out several words due to the huge redaction bars coating the text. Another interesting ability, as described in the last paragraph of the Behavior section of this creature's page is that it may be able to immerse itself in and out of audio-visual devices, as well as manipulate sounds and music, Cartoon Cat could also regenerate even in extreme situations like a nuke or even existence erasure itself, Cartoon Cat could also grow as big as he wants (please note that he starts as human sized) He can also generate old timey music when you are in his presence
Interestingly enough, as Cartoon Cat is likely the strongest entity in the whole verse, it could be a metaphysical entity, and an immortal one perhaps, or having enigmatic abilities that are able to prove it as the victor even in a hypothetical collective battle with all of Henderson's creatures in it, this even includes metaphysical deities like The Lamb, immortal entities like Fencer and Cold Clay including ones described as "unfathomable" like Siren Head and even timeless and powerful ones like Long Horse and The Upside-Down-Faced Man. This is further backed up by the fact that Cartoon Cat may be an extra-dimensional entity. It is also entirely possible that, when asked, Trevor simply did not consider all possibilities to their full extent.

Trivia[]
- there are smear frames whenever Cartoon Cat moves.[17]
- When asked if Cartoon Cat was a patron saint, Trevor responded by saying that it is "too evil".[18]
- Interestingly enough, Cartoon Cat and Good Boy were the only patron saint-style monsters in the series that didn't have the halo symbol behind them.
- The words able to be made out from the fact sheet of Cartoon Cat are :
- "Extremely hostile!!"
- "Incredibly cruel."
- "Often found in a- abandoned-."
- "-show from 1939."
- "Is thought to be re- under any circumstances."
- In a bit of meta funny, when a user jokingly asked if the fact sheet is an SCP article due to the sheer amount of [REDACTED] bars covering the text, Trevor replied saying "They don't own the word "redacted"!"[19]
- You'd be dead before you find out, but, Cartoon Cat tastes like static.[20]
- Trevor stated that Cartoon Cat is evil because of unchecked imitations. However, Cartoon Cat is an evil cosmic entity that came from The Void (Along with Siren Head), so Trevor might have changed some things about the lore.
- Trevor has expressed that Cartoon Cat's patron saint artwork is the closest he has come to depicting the entity the way he wants, adding to that, he thinks it's interesting to "have all the right SHAPES of a cartoon brought to life, but on a textural level just be completely gross and fucked."[21]
- Technically, It is speculated by some that Cartoon Cat isn't the only cartoon monster out there, but there are other cartoon creatures out there, taking forms of other animals (dogs, mice, rats), or Cartoon Cat can shape shift into other animals. This was later confirmed by Trevor, as he stated that Cartoon Cat and Cartoon Dog are different characters from the same cartoon, the Cartoon Animals are like a family, and they are other cartoon monsters that we haven't seen yet.
- Cartoon Cat and the other Cartoon Monsters are morally aware of their actions, making them worse in nature.[22]
- the cartoon animals can take the exaggerated form of almost any animal, but since cats, mice and dogs are generally the first images that comes to mind when thinking of a cartoon for children, that's the form they're most likely to latch onto and form from.[23] Meaning that Cartoon Cat and by consequence, the other cartoon monsters will shift and latch on to what the population focuses on as the idea of a cartoon for children.
- When asked why Cartoon Cat apparently hasn't caused mass murders despite being so powerful, Trevor responded saying "Every year, people go missing."[24], the exact implications of this are unknown, although it seems to prove that Cartoon Cat has indeed commit several mass murders throughout the years.
- When asked what exactly is Cartoon Cat, Trevor replied : "[𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃]".[25]
- A user stated that everything Trevor states about the creature makes them more scared of it. Trevor replied : "Good!"[26]
- Trevor states that "Abandoned By Disney" had a hand in Cartoon Cat's design inspiration, as well as a specific sequence from one of the stories in "Twilight Zone : The Movie" that traumatized Trevor as a kid.[27]
- Cartoon Cat can have pharyngeal jaws.
- There is a Cartoon Cat horror game created by creator of Andy's Apple Farm, M36Games. It follows an unnamed warehouse janitor night shift employee trying to do tasks while avoiding Cartoon Cat. While it didn't get that much popular and other famous Let's Players did not play it like PewDiePie, Markiplier, and Jacksepticeye yet, Youtubers like 8-Bit Ryan, and Superhorrorbro did play it and it got viral.
- Along with other Trevor Hendeson creatures, It's a popular meme
