When the series started, all the characters had already reached their prime. Belmont was an expert fighter, fluent in using whips and swords, Sypha could perform fire, water and other kinds of magic and Alucard had also perfected his techniques. It was a show about powerful entities facing off in one on one battles.

Isaac had a bit of backstory build up but the main questions were never answered. His journey of becoming an expert in his art and skilled in combat. Isaac is a battle-hardened mercenary, therefore, he must've gotten his training from a master.

Now that Dracula's dead and resides in Hell. There is no purpose in Isaac's life. For now, he aims to raise an army to bring the Council of Sisters and Hector. But what will he do after that? A guy like him would probably live in solitude in a distant place, away from all the humans. Or maybe he would continue Dracula's mission.

Isaac grew up as a slave. God knows what he had to go through. From his personality, it looks like that his whole life was a bitter experience with humans. Isaac has no empathy for them in his heart. He believes that all of them are the same.

In real life, people prefer to make friends with others. It promotes a healthy community. And making friends is not a hard task. Similarly, making enemies out of every other person is not difficult either. Isaac is not the most friendly person. He ends up killing almost every human he interacts with.

Now Isaac is a single man against the whole world. He wipes out humans everywhere he goes, he wants to kill Hector for his betrayal and finally, he is also enemies with Alucard, Trevor, and Sypha because they killed Dracula. He fits nowhere in this world.

Dracula and Lisa in hell.

The end of season 3 has left fans scratching their heads and in awe by the amazing action sequence. It explored other aspects of the world. The main one is opening a gate to hell and showing Dracula sitting there with his wife.

It means that Dracula is not truly dead and is still alive somewhere. Maybe it was all part of his plan. Whatever it is, Isaac now has a chance to bring back his fallen master. He has traveled half the world to avenge him. Surely, he would do anything to revive him.

2 His Choice Of Weapons

Isaac chooses a rather bizarre kind of weapon. A whip is not the most effective, it only serves as a torturing tool. Isaac's whip is also very unique. And his use is even more impressive. He was able to kill a band of bandits with his whip and a dagger alone.

Castlevania features a vast range of weapons, from swords to crossbows. He only uses the whip because he has a past with it. What's even more strange is that he whips himself with it.
