I started buying the cold pressed celery juice about just over a month ago, and has been a regular. The cold pressed juice is fresh. There was once a wrong packing size delivered to me, when I informed them they immediately apologised and made good the order promptly.

How does a Cleanse work?

Replace all your meals as well as your caffeinated, alcoholic and carbonated drinks of the day with the 6 delicious FreshPressed juices, to be drunk at intervals of 2 hours. Don't worry, you can go about your day as per normal but try to include activities such as yoga and swimming to kick-start the detox process and help eliminate additional toxins.

Is Cleansing for everybody?

Mostly, yes! However, pregnant women and nursing mothers should not follow a cleanse programme. Those above 50 or with immune deficiency disorders or chronic illnesses should seek a doctor's advice before ordering a cleanse.

How many days should I Cleanse?

If it's your first time going on a cleanse, we recommend the 1-3 Day Cleanses. If your body loves it, you can always work your way up from that. In order to truly maximize the benefits of a cleanse, listen to your body and go for the number of days that you think you can handle!
