También lo había pensado, pero me suena algo extraño para una receta "200gr de nervio de apio". Estoy pensando poner apio y ya está, que al fin y al cabo es lo mismo. O

York, England English - British A celery stalk is the whole stalk including the fat part at the bottom. It doesn´t include the leaves. A celery rib is just the thin part of the stalk after you´ve cut off both the wider part and the leaves. So the middle bit.
