In Get On Up, he generally looks near 6ft with Nelsan Ellis, who Rob seemed quite confident was over 5ft 9 in person. He looks huge in the scene at the end when they talk in the street, like 6ft 1 range, though obviously given his character he's in pretty big boots by that point. Unfortunately there don't seem to be many other photos of him with Obama, just another mediocre one where they're talking in a hallway, but I think Boseman was just dropping height. There are some old posts on this page where people argue Sebastian Stan is taller than him because Stan could edge him in out in some photos, although I doubt Stan is really any different than him barefoot, let alone taller...
