"Sir Charles" will be forever remembered as colorful, opinionated, and multi-talented. He averaged 14.1 points and 9.6 rebounds per game for the Auburn University Tigers and was named 1984 Southeastern Conference Player of the Year. Barkley made an instant impact as a pro by making the NBA All-Rookie Team with Philadelphia in 1985. His best season came in 1993 by winning the NBA MVP and a trip to the NBA Finals with the Phoenix Suns. Barkley's shorter stature was never a problem in the low post with an NBA career average 22.1 points and 11.7 rebounds per game.
