Clients with investment accounts serviced by a J.P. Morgan advisor can earn a return on available cash balances by choosing to automatically sweep these balances into the JPMorgan Chase Deposit Account, a bank deposit sweep or one of the available money market fund sweeps. Availability of these sweep options is based on customer and/or account type and may depend on other eligibility criteria. The JPMorgan Chase Deposit Account may be distinguished as “J.P. Morgan Deposit Sweep,” or “Chase Deposit Sweep”, depending on where and how you opened your account. Rates and functionality are the same. Please review the JPMorgan Chase Deposit Account disclosure (PDF) for more information. For money market fund sweeps, the securities symbol is next to the name in the fund description. Additionally, some money market fund sweeps listed are not available for new accounts. Please contact your J.P. Morgan advisor or the service center handling your account with any additional questions.
