Hide imagesstep 1Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C (320 degrees F).step 2Separate the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3) Whites and set aside.step 3In a mixing bowl, beat the Egg Whites with an electric mixer until mixture forms stiff peaks.
step 4Add in All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp) and Cheese (2 1/2 cups). Gently fold everything together. Season with Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste).
step 5Heat Frying Oil (as needed) over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
step 6Drop teaspoons of the mixture into the oil, about 4 at a time, and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
step 7Transfer finished puffs onto a baking tray and keep them in the oven at 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) to keep warm. Repeat until the cheese mixture is used up.step 8Serve and enjoy!
