This brilliantly simple recipe takes almost no time to prepare, meaning it’s perfect as a dinner party starter.

Serves 4
- Approx. 32 crab claws
- 9 cloves of garlic
- 2 red chillies
- 250g butter (use a good local one - I used Abernethy Butter)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Method
- Melt the butter over a low to medium heat.
- Finely slice both the garlic & chilli. Add to the pan with the butter.
- Cook for about 5 minutes on a low heat. Watch carefully as you don't want to burn the garlic.
- Add the crab claws to the pan. Gently warm through.
- Squeeze over the lemon juice.
- Serve straight from the pan so everyone can dig in and help themselves.
