How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. After reading instructions, click here and Sign-in to your account.

    2. Click your profile on the top left. Select ‘Payment Methods.’

    3. Select ‘Add a Gift Card’ and enter your gift card number, click ‘Save.’

  • In-app:

    1. Chipotle does not offer a feature to add gift card payments yet.

    2. Please follow online instructions.

  • In-store:

    1. Present e-gift card barcode to the cashier for scanning.

    2. In the event of scanner issues, instruct cashier to enter e-Gift Card code manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Go to this link.

    2. Select: 'Check Balance.'

  • In-app:

    1. Open your Chipotle App and sign-in.

    2. Tap the person logo on the top left.

    3. Select 'Payment Methods,' you will see your gift card number and balance.
