If you receive an offer for a role in the show, you will be offered an American Guild of Variety Artists (AGVA) contract.
All performers must be 18 years of age by the first day of rehearsals to be considered for casting. If you are under 18 years of age at the time of the audition, you will need a parent or guardian to accompany you to Radio City Music Hall at your scheduled time. If a parent or guardian cannot accompany you, please contact [email protected] to request a downloadable release form, have it signed by your parent or guardian, notarized by a notary public, and bring it with you to the audition.
You must be legally authorized to work in the US and accept employment if it is offered by the Company. If you are hired, you must provide evidence of such authorization in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
Terms of employment range from September to early January depending on which role you are cast in.
No travel or housing is provided for the performers of the show.
For Rockettes:
Current Weekly Base Rate (per union contract): $2,884.95
Additional Benefits and Compensation Opportunities:
- Weekly rate covers each week of rehearsals and base number of performances each week once show opens
- Additional compensation above base rate for: (1) All additional weekly performances above the base; (2) each performance above two on any day; and (3) performances on select holidays
- Additional compensation for all ancillary performances and appearance
- Year-round health insurance
- The Company contributes a percentage of each Rockette’s earnings to a 401(k) plan for each of the Rockettes; the Rockettes are not required to contribute to receive this benefit
- College tuition reimbursement up to a designated amount
- Voice lesson, dance and acting class, fitness classes and gym membership reimbursement up to a designated amount
For Ensemble:
