He identified his interest towards acting from his days in college and studied acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he has been active on both television and films, it is his characters on the small screen that gave him popularity and much fan following. He has been able to effortlessly play roles of characters from both sides of the law, and grab the audience’s attention. He portrayed the role of a serial killer in his first television series project but later went on to play the role of an NYPD detective. He has been nominated multiple times for the prestigious Emmy Awards and the PRISM Awards for his small screen performances. His most attractive facial feature is said to be his piercing blue eyes that are regarded to be a trademark and have aided in depicting rough characters with charisma.
