Chucky is the main villain of the Child’s Play movie franchise. Chucky is a “Good Guys” doll who is possessed by the soul of Charles Lee Ray, a criminal that was fatally shot by the cops after committing a robbery. Charles Lee Ray, as he was dying, used voodoo to transfer his soul to the doll which was given to Andy by his mother for his birthday. The first murder Chucky committed was Andy’s aunt, Maggie, but after being told that he needed to transfer his soul into Andy’s body to survive, his main goal becomes hunting down Andy and taking out anyone who gets in his way.
