Clay

Finding Clay

Clay is a grey block found in or near water. Dig it with a shovel and it will drop some balls of clay:

Bricks

Balls of clay can be baked into bricks in a furnace.

Brick Blocks

Brick blocks are crafted from 4 bricks:

Brick blocks can be built with or crafted into stairs or slabs.

 

Plant pots

Plant potsare also made from bricks:

Hardened Clay

Hardened clay is a nice colourful building material.

Make Clay blocks by combining clay balls:

Bake the clay blocks in a furnace to make hardened clay.

Stained Clay

Hardened Clay can be stained any colour by combining 8 blocks of hardened clay with dye to make Stained Clay.
