How to clean a straw hat?

A straw hat needs maintenance to keep it in good condition. It should be brushed regularly to remove dust and impurities that get caught in the straw. For stains, you can use a special cleaning product for straw hats that won't damage the material and leaves no chemical residue.

Tips for cleaning a straw hat:

1. Wipe with a cloth using soapy water (such as Marseille soap) or with a baby wipe.

2. Clean with a cloth previously soaked in water and wrung out.

Note: do not get your straw hat too wet as this may cause the straw to brown and the hat to shrink.
