Rental Fee Choices (includes tables, chairs, catering kitchen and the ability to bring your own food and liquor)

Full Day

  • Sunday - Friday Full Day (9 a.m.- Midnight) $700.00

  • Saturday Full Day (9 a.m.- Midnight) $975.00

4 Hour Minimum (between the hours of 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. or 5 p.m.- Midnight)

  • Sunday-Friday $365.00

  • Extra Hour Rate Sunday-Friday $65.00 Each additional hour

  • Saturday $450.00 Four-hour rental

  • Extra Hour Rate Saturday $85.00 Each additional hour

  • $200 Security Deposit Required for all rentals ... Deposit is due when contract is signed (cash, credit cards,check or money order) and returned to you within two weeks following successful completion of your event

Contracts are written on a first-come, first-served basis...We cannot hold a date. Contract times include set-up, event and cleanup. Contract balance is due in full 60 days in prior to event. Partial payments may be made at any time.
