Tips
To return expected results, you can:
- Reduce the number of search terms. Each term you use focuses the search further.
- Check your spelling. A single misspelled or incorrectly typed term can change your result.
- Try substituting synonyms for your original terms. For example, instead of searching for "java classes", try "java training"
- Did you search for an IBM acquired or sold product ? If so, follow the appropriate link below to find the content you need.

Problem(Abstract)
You notice the following error is logged when trying to process a payment transaction:[9/20/07 16:00:40:732 BST] 00000047 CommerceSrvr A CommandFactory createBusinessPolicyCommand CMN0203E: Command not found: "com.ibm.commerce.payment.actions.commands.EditPaymentInstructionPolicyCmd".
Cause
After setting up or migrating your WebSphere Commerce server the payment policy command for EditPaymentInstruction has been removed or is not setup correctly.
Diagnosing the problem
The PLCYTYCMIF database table should store the command interfaces for this policy command.
Resolving the problem
This table should be setup as part of instance creation or database migration (if you have migrated). You can reload the bootstrap definitons of this data by massloading the data defined in the
WC_Installdir/schema/xml/wcs.bootstrap_order.xml file.
The following section is the xml entries that will load the required database entries:<plcytycmif policytype_id="Payment" businesscmdif="com.ibm.commerce.payment.actions.commands.DoPaymentActionsPolicyCmd" /><plcytycmif policytype_id="Payment" businesscmdif="com.ibm.commerce.payment.actions.commands.EditPaymentInstructionPolicyCmd" /><plcytycmif policytype_id="Payment" businesscmdif="com.ibm.commerce.payment.actions.commands.QueryPaymentsInfoPolicyCmd" /><plcytycmif policytype_id="ReturnPayment" businesscmdif="com.ibm.commerce.returns.commands.RefundByMethodPolicyCmd" /><plcytycmif policytype_id="Payment" businesscmdif="com.ibm.commerce.edp.commands.PreparePIsForEditPolicyCmd" />
