At historic Downtown Cocoa Village, visitors can explore a wide variety of unique shops and diverse eateries, catch family-friendly events, and see a number of historic landmarks, including the Derby Street Chapel, Porcher House, and Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse, where patrons can “experience Broadway on Brevard.”

Points of interest on the waterfront include Cocoa Village Marina, home of Indian River Queen, which offers private and public cruises, and Cocoa Riverfront Park, Taylor Park, and Lee Wenner Park, which together encompass 10 acres of riverfront property, providing access to the Indian River Lagoon for fishing and boating and a variety of family-friendly activities. The downtown area is located just 15 miles from Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and 10 miles from Cocoa Beach for surfing, fishing, and watersports. While in Cocoa, the Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science is a must-see, and fans of ice skating and hockey won’t want to miss a visit to Space Coast Iceplex just south of Cocoa in Rockledge.
