About us

Coffee Circus is an independent speciality coffee shop based in the heart of Crouch End. Its appeal lies in its deep passion for coffee and craftsmanship of perfecting the art of espresso making and coffee brewing to create the perfect blend.

Every visual aspect of Coffee Circus has been designed to evoke a magical and otherworldly circus atmosphere creating one of North London’s most imaginative, fun and inspiring places to enjoy a cup of the finest coffee, pastries and locally sourced food.

Our expert baristas are professionally trained and we use only the finest freshly roasted coffee beans, and top of the range equipment. Our large selection of loose leaf teas and wholebean coffees are also available for retail purchase in store, ranging from our main supplier Mission Coffee Works and Campbell & Syme, both local to us. We also supply equipment, small wares and barista tools incorporating the speciality of the coffee industry to enjoy from the comfort of your own home.

Promoting and exhibiting local artistic talent is central to our ethos and we frequently stage live music as well as showcasing local artist’s exhibitions making us the perfect place to relax unwind and take in local talent.

One of the main assets of Coffee Circus is that it’s hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the main high street and has a unique character to it. Fun décor such as musical notation wallpaper with exquisitely painted birds in between the pages.
