Racist clowns.

So they don’t have Israel listed as a destination for Delievery. Which would usually be fine, considering not all shops deliever outside of EU or US (these guys are in Germany) but what killed me was that they had PALESTINE listed as a Delievery option. PALESTINE! A non existent country. So I reckon they did that out of spite for Israelis and most probably the Jews in general. This is the first time I came across a racist online shop. Their representative wrote me an email saying “we can’t ship there with the current situation” what situation? You mean while we still exist here?🤣 straight out, ignorant clowns. The funny thing is if you choose Palestine as destination, the system doesn’t really know what to do with it because no such place exists, there is no direct post to Gaza- it goes through Israel regardless. Just a clown shop and judging by reviews looks like they sell bad quality product. Anyways stay away from them. Bad vibes

Fast shipping, but finish not smooth as advertised

Shipping was incredibly fast, and colour was a spot on match. However, despite following application instructions, I could not achieve a smooth finish. Tried all tricks such as smoothing with glove, and being very gentle and patient with the correct and clear solution. But it just dried too fast to do the glove trick resulting in the paint just lifting completely, and even with the correct and clear it wouldn't totally get rid of the excess paint without also lifting the paint in the chip. I left it plenty of time to dry and to no avail. I don't think its a terrible product, but do not expect a perfect finish by any means as implied through advertisement.

Negative experience

I ordered from them three times, and only the fourth time I encountered problems.The positive part:*The paint is of good quality and matches the vehicle code.*Everything you need to repair small scratches.*Fast delivery (the times I ordered)The negative part:*The paint dries quite quickly (six months) and you have to run around looking for thinner.*Zero response from the company (out of 5 emails, 1 was answered)And now for the experience I encountered with the last order I placed through PayPal.After a few days I went to the website to see how the order was progressing and discovered that it was simply not progressing. I decided to write an email to the support team who replied to me after a little over 24 hours that they were sorry but they had stopped shipping to my country! Israel, and if I want I emphasize with these words "if I want" they can refund my payment, did they think I would forget? Or that I would want to make a donation to them?, Okay I went to the website to check the list of countries they ship to and Israel appears on the list (strange) out of curiosity I tried to make an order not through PayPal and there when selecting shipping Israel does not appear but countries that have sanctions on them (Russia/Iran/Yemen) happily receive shipping from Germany. Simply shameful.Okay I sent another email in which I asked to cancel the order and receive a full refund, I received an automatic response that the order was canceled due to "a problem with my payment" and the refund would be sent within a few days.After 3 days of not receiving a refund, I sent another email asking why I hadn't received a refund, and after about 20 minutes without an official response from them, I received a text message from PAYPAL that the account had been credited.From here, you can decide for yourself whether it's worth purchasing from them or not.
