Taupe is one of those classic colours that never goes out of style. It can be cool or warm, with either grey or golden undertones, which makes it the perfect neutral. It's also the colour of natural linen, one of our favourite fabrics for spring. Here's a roundup of our current Taupe collections: Ramiro Sand is a very warm shade of Taupe, with a rich golden tone that gives it a luxurious and elegant look. This subtle jacquard pattern is woven in Italy from the finest quality Egyptian cotton.

Our Lavato Linen Flax is absolutely our number one Taupe pick as we head into spring. This natural-hued washed linen has a beautiful texture and "au natural" vibe that makes you want to jump right in. This light shade of Taupe is stunning with White, but is so versatile it works with just about any colour you introduce into the room. We've paired Flax linen with our gorgeous Spino Natural matelassé coverlet at the foot of the bed.

The Renato collection is the perfect shade of Taupe - just the right blend of brown and grey - and it coordinates beautifully with this Taupe Houndstooth matelassé. Renato is gender-friendly (read: more masculine!) and has a wonderful earthy look. (It also happens to be on sale!)
