A man is worked to death, but he comes back to the living world in the attractive body of another man for a limited amount of time.
Lee Hae-Joon (Rain) is a perfect man with good looking appearance. He works as a section chief in the women’s apparel section at a department store. His body is actually possessed by the spirit of Kim Young-Soo (Kim In-Kwon) who was worked to death.
Hong Nan (Oh Yeon-Seo) is a beautiful woman, but her spirit is possessed by tough guy (Kim Soo-Ro).
Shin Da-Hye (Lee Min-Jung) is a beautiful housewife, but her husband suddenly dies. She falls into a love triangle with Lee Hae-Joon and a promising store employee (Yoon Park).

Aug 16 2023 8:33 am Although this show was comical on a superficial level, I did not like how the dead-husband & bf were made to carry all the blame for their failed relationships. I mean, Song Yi-Yeon was textbook narcissistic, selfish & without an ounce of loyalty. She swayed whichever way benefited her the most, and conveniently justified doing so by blaming someone else. She played the the mother card when it suited her the most but she was portrayed only as a perpetual victim. Was she really?
Likewise, to some extent, with Shin Da-Hye also. She conveniently blamed her husband for her unhappiness. She was apparently unhappy throughout her marriage despite being with a husband who truly loved her. And apparently she husband is solely to blame for that. It hardly seems credible! A relationship is always a shared responsibility. And if you are truly unhappy, then its better to get out of it than to stay and resent the other person when they are blissfully unaware of your unhappiness.
I just don't understand why writers don't make a genuine effort at portraying such realistic & practical sentiments. Its truly disappointing that writers would rather appease a certain demographic with unbalanced narratives instead.

The other actors did amazingly as well, even though Rain was a little extra?. Definitely a 9/10 for me?

I watched this by chance and I was really happy to see Rain there because I only have watched his drama full house and this is my first time watching a drama of Rain apart from full house. Though this drama was not entertaining as much as full house does this drama was not a bad one. At very first it was a little bit boring actually but when I watch about few episodes I really felt this drama.It was very first very funny but the last episodes were really emotional. The family and relationships of human have well shown here.The teo people died and come back alive with as two different persons with different personalties and try to protect their loved ones. This story was akward for a bit yet something touching our emotions. Apart from the story acting was really amazing. Rain and Oh yeon -seo and other actors act very well. This id my first time watching Oh yeon-seo 's drama. I think she is a beautiful actress with wonderful acting. Hope to watch her dramas more. I saw a lot of familiar actors here. However they all have acted well. So if you too got to watch this by chance just watch this!!! Saranghae yorabun!!!

May 06 2021 1:05 pm Such a cute, funny, serious drama. I think all the actors/actresses were really good in this. The only thing that kinda ruined it a bit for me was how Han Gi Tak disappeared not to be remembered by anyone. Otherwise, it would've gotten a rating of 10 stars but I give it a rating of 7 stars.

Jan 07 2021 8:56 pm Nice concept story but way too much of unrealistic event and acting is a bit over rated, not sure if they want it to be a comedy, fantasy or drama but way over acting. I think Rain was too overboard on this one, cant figure out exactly what he is trying to project. If you are a Rain fan just watch Full house or Welcome 2 life, this one is so bad for him. No wonder it didn't rate.

Apr 09 2020 2:46 am Daebak! This drama is really good. I used to hate Oh Yeon Seo because she seems to grab every drama from every actress but I know why now. She's really good. Beyond expectations. No wonder she got that award.
Such a shame this had played with DOTS! Don't let the ratings fool you! This was waaaaaaayyyyyy better than that overrated, senseless drama.
And btw, Rain goes well with all actresses here. Somehow, Rain manages to really have good chemistry with beautiful actresses like his wife. I ship him with Lee Min Jung, Oh Yeon Seo, Lee Ha Nee. And as much as Rain can create 100% chemistry with everyone, so as Oh Yeon Seo. She could go well with all actors in this drama! Daebak! Really good
Jul 03 2019 1:29 pm Must watch! Very original storyline, script is good and the cast really did a good job doing their character! There is no negative in this drama.. the 16 eps.gave all the content in this drama! Although for a kdrama fan out here this kind of drama is always never enough. But episode wise.. its not to long to drag around the bushes the story to make it long just enough but ohhhh.. i missed them already! The characters in here is really have a good chemistry to each other. This is the drama that will make u laugh and at the same time u will find urself crying... thats how good the actors in here.. when they doing a comedic scene they really gonna make u laugh and for the drama scene.. oh boy! U can really feel their pain and emotion.
So for the kdrama fanatics out there... you dont wanna miss this one! I will bet my life... this is the best comedy/drama/mystery/love story you can have! To the Team Comeback Mister... Good job and Congratulation!!! Thank you for giving us such an awesome drama!
Jun 04 2019 4:54 pm This drama is underrated. This is one of the best dramas with a very good and interesting storyline. It will make you laugh and cry. Too bad when it was aired it has the same time slot as Descendants of the Sun, I admit I chose to focus on DOTS. I just watch this after I finished DOTS.
Mar 13 2019 8:42 pm I highly recommend anyone who's here looking for a great drama to watch this one. It might not hit you the same way it did to me but it sure won't make you regret watching it. Something which is very rare to find but this drama is both damn funny and very heartbreaking that you'd find yourself laughing hysterically at one scene and then weeping hard for the next scene. Oh Yeon Seo's acting definitely stole huge attention here, i mean i've seen her in Hwayugi and Shine or Go Crazy along with Cheese in the Trap (movie) before this but never in my mind would i thought she'd be this good. Rain is as always great, Lee Min Jung is definitely a beauty and also great and... let's just say all of the actors did a badass job respectively. Congrats to the director and the production team for successfully managed to present such a beautiful story, the screenwriter who i guess gave justice to the novel version cuz i've never read it nor seen the japanese version of this drama but based on my opinion, it's very much well written. To those who are hesitating, give it a try because it is a definite great watch!

I started watching just to kill time waiting for an update of another series I was looking forward to, but lo and behold...what do we have here..I've never seen anything as entertaining as this..the humour is just unbelievable, the actors and actresses SUPERB, the story DAEBAK(it makes u hang over the edge what's gonna happen next in a really funny way) But what happened to the ratings? I mean, this is literally a GEM in kdramaland! Im sad I only found this now. You gotta watch this....greatly recommended
PS. Why do I get the feeling I can ship Hong nan with ANYONE in this drama?xD PPS. But I love Hong nan x Sung jae BEST <3 <3
Jul 02 2018 2:42 am This drama is so UNDERRATED I was glad I give a chance after seeing so many bad reviews about it please consider watching this, the story was heart warming, refreshing, you will learn a lot of lessons in life, also be prepare to cry a lot but also laughed a lot.
All the Actors and Actress suited their character very well, but the most outstanding was Oh Yeon-Seo she was DAEBAK!!!
I was a little disappointed I was hoping to see Na Suk-Chul being judge in hell am not saying am not satisfied on how he died but they should have include a scene where God is talking to him about his sins it would make me feel more better.
I feel sorry for Secretary Wang for shouting every time, also I wish there were scenes that Cha Jae-Kook was slowly changing he was really not a bad person he only has a bad temper that's all.

Mar 26 2018 4:14 pm I am a kdrama fanatic and there are very few dramas that have made me actually cry and laugh and scream all within 1 episode. I would highly recommend it. The cast is great, the chemistry between all the characters is amazing, and the the storyline is so refreshing, heartwarming and sad at the same time. Definitely one of my favorite kdramas.

I‘m actually really surprised that i like this drama, because I‘m more into extremely cutesy/funny dramas and this drama is really heartbreaking, sad and funny! I‘m gonna be honest here and i think I‘m the only one with this opinion, but I HATE JUNG JI HOON sooooooo much! It just aggrevates me that he swoops right into Da Hae‘s life, asking her to date him again right after her husband dies, whom she dearly loves! Any who...Great drama! I recommend!
Feb 18 2018 12:52 am Is that it? I don't know but I felt a great sense of emptiness after watching it. Something inside me is disturbed and I don't know what to do or what to think. I felt like the drama ended contently but I want more and I don't know what more do I want. I feel like crazy for this drama and I cannot explain it. This is the first time I watched a drama and felt empty afterwards like I'm a hollow shell with no sense of purpose. The ending is happy but somehow I felt it lacking and wtf am I talking about? I don't know. Mix of emotion for this drama and this is really UNDERRATED. This should be one of the most wonderful, beautiful, splendid and well-wrote drama of all times. Highly recommended. And if you really feel what I feel, I guarantee you that You will not regret watching this. I cried really hard for the ending. I want a season 2 for a starting Love story of Oh yeon seo and Rain. plssssssssssss......

Sep 09 2017 10:33 am Great story....interelated plots & characters. Rain & oh yeon seo did well & carried the right sense of humour when playing their roles. Felt the warmth, pain, hurt as well as the anger with every episodes. Lmj da hae is beautiful here but a lot more fun as da ran in Big with gong yoo. Rain to me is even better here than in full house. All in all...i like this drama...

But, to be frank, although I think he is basically a good looking guy, I have never thought him especially handsome. And I think that his musical career paved the way for him in dramas. That may also explain how he managed to marry his gorgeous wife. Because, without his music celebrity, I could not imagine her being attracted to him if he had been a store clerk. :)

Dec 09 2016 5:18 am itssss really gooood i bawled my eyes out on the final episode!! i love the fake lee hae joon and his "pedo-smile" hahahaha!! i love the fake hong nan who appears pretty outside but gangster inside and the way she walks tho.... i really love all the cast and this time i'm in love with side characters too! jung ji hoon and choi sung jae! i love the mole in ji hoon's nose and i love sungjae's glaring eyes... wish he somehow ends up with another hong nan though, they look so perfect together omona... and also, i wanna see the real young soo and gi tak to meet at the bardo a.k.a. afterlife station, while looking at those peoples they loved...
it's pretty unfortunate that this show aired at the same time with dots, i love dots but i can't bear the cheesiness sometime. i hope this drama get more recognition!!!

Dec 03 2016 4:03 pm Although I haven't seen all the dramas of 2016, this should be one of the bests this year.The performance of all the casts were great, the plot was good, very different from those trash they make these days with the flower boys. Rain's character in Come Back Mister reminds me a lot of the one he played in Full House, if anyone liked the cute, jealous and funny character Rain played in Full House, they will definitely like this one. There's no doubt that Rain has evolved as a great actor.
Nov 25 2016 5:34 am Watching this show, I must say I very much appreciated the complicated relationship between the characters of Oh Yeon Seo and Lee Ha Nui. It must have been difficult portraying such a balance between a romantic relationship and a friendly/sisterly bond. They captured perfectly the kind of hesitant and unsureness in a relationship as well as making us--the audience--anticipate for what was to come next. Although the ending hurt me very much and I am still in recovering period, I would say this is a perfect drama where you can really bond with the characters, you will laugh and cry your heart out together with them.

Oct 14 2016 4:33 am wow.this show was amazing,..whether the characters were sad or happy,it was never boring.it was funny and touching in some parts.oh yeon seo is a really good actress..she shined so much in this drama it made me want to watch more of her...and actually i think rain and oh yeon seo should pair up in a drama they would make a killer couple.i found myself rooting for their charaters though i knew it couldnt be...the other characters were amazing as well.loved it
Oct 08 2016 4:24 pm it would be a very good drama cause the storyline is really interesting but all the actors are bad they overplay they are not natural and almost rain and oh yon seo but maybe they re not directed in the good way the role of oh yon seo is a man so man who is after me serious cause he is in forty age so i don't understand why the director insite in joker way for making people laughing? but it's not funny at all (only in the biginning) .you have to stop in the good time otherwise it is ridiculous the skill of rain is not very good his expression is always the same like lee minjun their glance are expressionless so the are not credible maybe for some i look harsh but it's my occidental vision even tough i am chinese if i have to rate this i would done 5 on10

Oct 07 2016 10:42 pm It's a Great Drama with full of mix emotion. Great Acting from each character. Plot are combination of Secret Garden and 49 Days with lot of 49 Days i think. A happy ending story which teach us about life with a great quote "It was beautiful. Happiness and Sadness were all beautiful."

I was really impressed by Oh Yeon-Seo, can't wait to see more of her. Yeah, a pity it got no ratings, but it is gaining on popularity on the video streaming sites, so I think it is starting to get the recognition it deserves. Anywho, I would definitely watch it again someday, unlike DOTS which was too predictable to make me miss it...

Sep 30 2016 2:00 pm I am annoyed that this didn't get high ratings. I have been through several dramas recently and this is one of the best. I didn't watch DOTS as it aired. But when I tried to watch it, i couldn't get half way through. DOTS has it fans and i respect that. It's a shame it over shadowed the amazingness that is Come Back Mister. Light hearted but deep, amiazing story and progression. Never gets boring. Rain was really good. His level of characterization surprised me. From the way he spoke to the walk. Everything was superb. I hope he gets another acting gig where he proves himself further as an actor. I hope he doesn't go for conventional roles.

Sep 07 2016 12:50 pm When I first started watching this, I was simply intrigued by the plot, nothing special. I even considered reading the episode wise plot rather than watching each and every episode. But I don't know when exactly this drama enchanted me. The range of emotions, the depth of each character and the good old humanity that shines through every episode is extraordinary. I was shocked even. I see Korean dramas only as a distraction with enough enough Romance and cheesiness. But here I was uncontrollably crying, my heart breaking apart as the fates of our protagonists got better of them. I lose my will to live sometimes when everything seems pointless.. But seeing this, I feel a strong flame in my heart that drives me to live well and cherish every damn moment with my parents and siblings. I am fascinated with rain's sad eyes and yeon seo's protective aggression. Lee minjung has this grace that is unmatchable. I am someone who originally preferred DOTS during the original airing (reviews led).. But I left that at ep 6 because it felt too soulless and just a flashy garbage to lure our indulgent society. I kinda hate DOTS for foreshadowing PCBM.. I hope more ppl watch this and appreciate this poetry in motion.

Its just that theres just not enough marketing due possibly to some budget constraints. many have to agree with your husband's assessment CBM is the better drama. dots has been so hyped up and over rated, every little trivial about the drama, the main actress and actor have been expanded, discussed, dissected in every mentionable social media that make the whole promo exercise look really silly.

This drama is very amusing & entertaining to watch. I came here to see the ratings & it saddens me that it was below par. I think it was due to the collision airing time with DOTS back then. My husband thought this is better than DOTS. We'll definitely continue watching this drama to the end.

Cant you see how amazing this drama is?* I'm so overwelmingly opssessed with cbm and i cant help myself not to feel sad and angry for the underrating. How can life be so unfair? Anyway, I will rewatch this drama and recommend it for all I love because it deserves the time spent watching it. Plot-wise, it's clever. Everything is well explained til the end. Nothing left hanging. Very well written. I need more of this writer-nim's pieces! This is so unique and distinctive as for I can't tell who's the main roles, bcs yeah it's evenly distributed. They are all connected through some surprising twists near and at the end. Good job!!
Plus, [Spoilerrr allert] I need more of HongJae moment! I ship them sooo much, if only there's more scene of HongNan cherish SungJae when he's critical, this would've been perfect <3 Too bad, after the time passed, SungJae seems to be marrying someone like Maya and even has child -_-, and the girl with HongNan's face met HaeJoon instead :(

I praised all the main cast and the new comer actor from 5uprise. I never though he would be playing his character so vividly. and I did really hope he's in love with Han Hong Ran (Oh Yeon Seo) and he confess to her. But it isn't happening yet he admit it as loyalty to her in the drama. The drama is so much feel diffrent and I really love Rain in playing his two character. He's feel so like himself in the drama. Hope he will do other project which is interesting like this one soon. A drama that should be praised yet it get underrated rating.

The drama is filled with so many emotions, hilarious and angst in one drama. This is the first time this year that I cried so much for a drama. The ending is beautiful yet so sad sighs. Also before I watched this I didn't get why people said lmj's acting is bad here but well after I watched this I think I kinda get it, she is a great actress of course but I personally think she didn't show her best here.

May 08 2016 7:31 am THIS WAS THE GREATEST DRAMA TO BE SEEN BY MY EYES THIS YEAR SO FAR! I don't understand how this didn't have the best ratings. It was funny, dramatic, the acting was 100%, and the story was 100%!! There were scenes where you'd die of laughter, and scenes where you swore you have never cried so much in your entire existence. From the very beginning I was hooked. It was just a new drama I had clicked on, but holy hell I become massively obsessed with it as days passed. After Ho Goos love, this was the next best thing to me. I enjoy a good laugh, and really cute situations (But not super romantic corny cringe worthy things), with a tiny hint of something that will make your heart shatter into a trillion pieces, and this show was defiantly what I needed. So far in 2016 all I've been seeing is super serious dramas, where someone has to die, someone is ill and won't survive, someone is losing their memories and super sad time all the time kinds of situations, and I hate that so much. I don't want to see depressing shows, I want to watch something that has a good story, and will make me feel happy after having anxiety for an entire day. Something to calm me down, and this show did that for the time it aired. I was extremely pleased with the acting. When Rain was always touching up himself, and checking himself out, OMFG HE NEEDS MORE CHARACTERS THAT ARE JUST AS SILLY! Oh Yeon So!!! MY GOD! I CANNOT IMAGE SOMEONE ELSE PLAYING THE CHARACTER THE WAY SHE DID!! OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! I think I've praised this show a good amount now.

Really good acting especially by Rain--and the other actors. Good storyline, and even though I expected a different ending, it was still good and I was glad I watched this.
I understand this drama played at the same time as "Descendants of the Sun." I really dislike all the banter and bickering in the comments. I watched both of them. They were different stories and they were both good in their own way. So give it up people and stop comparing and complaining. It just happened that he needs to act like the deceased husband of Shin Da Hye, who's got a Unique personality, he's got to be different also, not the usual Rain. Remember that the body in him is Shin Da Hye's husband, and look at the first few episodes, how Shin Da Hye's husband act. Maybe it was shown in the same time slot of DOTS which is very well accepted by viewers, just happened that you guys prefer the story of DOTS. By the way, i watched both this drama and DOTS. I can't help but to compare this drama (CBM) with DOTS since they have the same time slot, even though the genre is completely different. I love Song Hye Kyo and Rain very much since Full House. I'm so proud with SHK, because her dramas never disappoints me. I adore That Winter The Wind Blows as well as DOTS. Unfortunately it's a different story with Rain. I have high expectations with his dramas, but My Lovely Girl and CBM, for me just failed to do so.
I don't know what's wrong, I think in CBM Rain is overdoing his acting. The basic story is interesting, but I don't get the feeling and emotions that the casts are trying to deliver. I didn't laugh on the jokes they're making nor cried on the sad scenes. I didn't get the excitement expecting the next episode because it was too boring.
Like I said, I love Rain... and I do wish he will play in an awesome drama next time because he deserves it!

Apr 22 2016 5:18 pm Big Bang Stan, couldn't agree more that if the war aspects of dots is removed its no different from any other drama. The same loveline can well take place in a restaurant, an animal farm, a bakery or a supermarket setup.
All the actors in CBM should receive some recognition. They have been tip top even in supporting roles. The plot is consistent and meaningful with a heart (it touches on life's priority, regrets, life & death issues), the direction is good, the actors are excellent. Unfortunately the rating is not. Knowing how awards are dished out its likely that this group will just be cast aside without any acknowledgement. At end of the day, its popularity and dollars that count. sigh.
Ive followed Oh Yeon So for a few dramas. She is so good and yet theres hardly any news about her when compared to many others who are always highlighted just becos of their looks. Its about time her agency dole out some dollar on marketing her (under the table if need be). Its a reality that hard work alone is not enough. Just get her face out over the silliest of things, like the shade of her lipstick, the accessories she wears. Anything and everything to give her exposure. Its a pity if she is sidelined cos there is not enough of backend manipulation.

They are really great particularly oh yeon seo. I can say,among the three dramas on the three channel,no one cn beat oh yeon seo. She surely kill everyone with her actings.

I do find it surprising that DOTS and CMB are compared together...but hey, that told us that CMB isn't as unknown as we thought and that makes a fan like me so glad. I'm sure that CMB has huge OFFLINE views - so view rankings doesn't always define popularity! XD

Apr 14 2016 5:58 pm Well, DotS is interesting in the sense of the famous castings and the "Urk" + "SEAL" factors, obviously all out to get back the overseas Hallyu effect which is beginning to fade in the recent years. Not a bad attempt but it failed to give me the 'I want more' umph compared to some other older dramas from smaller Korean broadcasting networks. PleaseCBM is not in the same category, ofcourse, but is able to provide the "cheoncheonhi" heart warming moments to life which perhaps a different group of people may relate to in real lifes. Am personally waiting eagerly to watch how they will round up peoples' life in the last two episodes~~~

The problem is, the writer or director are focusing in Two Major stories in this drama (Young Soo's and Gi Tak's), which is very unusual in a drama considering it has only 16 eps. There are too many characters also, and that The main lead (Rain) seem not to be the main lead. The story focused also in too many people. That is why Rain did not shine in this Drama. He's potraying the same role of Young Soo's and needs to act like Young Soo's character, that is why viewers find him annoying or overacting. Truth is, it is actually Young Soo's personality and Rain is a good actor.
Anyway, i am planning to watch till the end.

I can't imagine if this drama handled by other director/actor, I bet it would be silly. At first I was hesitated to watch because the main actor, da hye and yi yeon love same person but in different bodies. But amazingly this drama convey the story pretty well. what I love more about this drama is, in ep.13, I wonder how can I cry a river when this drama is a comedy drama. 2 thumbs up for this drama!! to all people who haven't watch this drama, don't look at the rating, the rating doesn't suit the drama at all, trust me! :)

Although Rain's storyline is a bit boring (in my opinion) because he always shows how much he loves his wife though he will leave her eventually, still I like his acting. Oh Yeon Seo's life is more enjoyable to watch. She is so funny. Nevertheless, Come Back Mister has a great plot.

It address very real issues and is very sad - yet I'm laughing like crazy with each episode. This show also certainly increased my appreciation for human conscious and life. Also, this show has some of THE best emotionally layered dialogue I have ever seen.

Apr 01 2016 7:13 pm for me tis drama is far better than DOTS which i find extremely dragged on..but this has a real plot and mysteries are still unfolding in ep 12..n such a huge and able starcast..i have to say rain acting looks so much natural now..and it has just the right dose of comedy mixed with emotions..oh yeon seo fits the character so much with her physique,tone and body movements..choi won young is playing the villain so beautifully with not a hint of overacting and yoon park looks so seasoned..only i am not much impressed with lee min jungs acting but other wise this drama is just just daebak..n ratings are certainly not a yardstick for this drama

l actually hope that Da-hye would give Ji-hoon a chance rather than shove him away that hard, but unwillingly give chance to Hae-joon. Feel pity for Ji-hoon. Seung-jae and Hong-nan (Gi-tak) will not happen unless the real Hong-nan appears. l hope real Hong-nan appears and be a couple with Seung-jae, while Gi-tak reborn and coupled up with Yi-yeon.
l'm confuse whether Jae-gook actually loved Yi-yeon or not. He seems so obsessed, especially since he knew Yi-yeon loved Gi-tak, not him.
l wonder if real Hae-joon appears, or whether their identities will be exposed. What will happen? Will Young-soo & Gi-tak be resurrected in their own bodies? l somehow think Gi-tak's brother could be Yoo-hyuk. lt can't be Seung-jae since he already saw the pic. Or Ji-hoon? No, it isn't.
l think one of the reasons the rating is low is because the pace is too slow, no clear mission. It's too light in story, more like a weekend family drama. It's already eps 10, but nothing changed. lt's kinda a waste for all these casts.

Mar 26 2016 1:28 pm After watch 10 episodes of this drama I slowly get into the story line. However I have to say that I hope hope and hope that they do not mess up or this drama is going to flop xD. I really like Oh Yeon So's acting (she is hella funny) and I kinda ship her with everyone (Lee Tae Hwan especially, but also Rain and even Ha Nui or Yoon Park xD) I think I love her because she still act like Han Gi Tak while Rain sometimes kinda creep me out because he is so diffrent then Young-Soo.The fact is that he surely end up with Da Hye because I cannot imagine that he will let Da Hye go and built up a new life on her own (even if I ship Da Hye with Ji Hoon).But I'm kinda curious how Hong Nan will end up,because I ship her soo much with SeungJae but I can never imagine that she will end up with him because she still is Han Gi Tak inside xD
To sum up I really felt in love with the new side of Rains acting, however I cannot feel the chemistry of Hae Joon and Da Hye.However I really love this drama since there are some scences that are hilarious and intense and also I love nearly every character,that have a certain image.Really refreshing and hopefully a good drama with a good ending

so far, i love this drama, all of cast, and also the plot. fantasy genre like this is okay, i enjoy it. sometimes is mellow, and sometimes also make me laugh hard like a gentleman's dignity drama.
i hope, it would have a satisfied ending.

It's so funny and the actors and actresses have done a great job. I especially love how cute Rain is in the drama and the connection between Lee Hae Joon and Han Hong Nan. I enjoy every episode from the beginning very, very much!! The plot is really good!!

Her character's storyline is KILLING ME. Yeon Soo, Ha-Nui and Tae-Hwan are so epic together. I know her character is really a man but the CHEMISTRY between her and Ha-Nui? I AM SHIPPING THEM SO HARD. Do not get me started on Tae-Hwan!!! This boy is brilliant and if I am not wrong....falling for Yeon-Soo's character as well lmao. Imagining the chaos that might happen is keeping me tuned it. Sure the plot is questionable but the cast are doing their best with what they have. Please give it a try?

I mean, what is this rain character really look for ? His wife ? What for ? And also the kissing scene are kinda being pushed to shown just to make it edgy.. It's not romantic let alone attractive..they try tp be sad and then funny but then angry, where is the plot ?? I don't see any real lead to the vengeance they look for.. Actually the story about hong-nan and yi yoen is kinda alright.. But rain and his wife character is really confusing.. To see such a good cast wasted here, it's a shame.. No wonder the descendants of the sun gets all the audience.

Its a refreshing change from the standards where the whole series just track down the love lines, with lots of starry eyed romantic scenes and pretty background music to jazz things up. The whole cast, including many who are not highly idolized in the social media circuit is doing pretty well. Oh Yeon really deserves some recognition for her role here. CBM outperforms by DOTs? In ratings, yes. However, in terms of content and performance of the actors, CBM can hold its head high. To me in many areas CBM in fact outshines the other.

Never watched Rain in anything before and he's OK, very OK in this. I just really like this drama. It's not all about comedy. It has a warm-feeling spirit. It's really, really well written. Oh yeon so should win something for her role in this!!

To tell the truth, this drama is much hilarious than "She was beautiful" except most people don't accept the story facts and senseless. But for me, watching dramas don't have be serious and doubtful about every scene. We have to be happy and satisfied once we found a right drama to watch. Rating not good nowadays doesn't mean this drama is lousy, except most young minded fans prefer melo-romance between main leads especially their favourite idols. That's sad, we need to be more broad-minded then, we can enjoy more wider choices. Otherwise, all the PDs and writers will concern about profits and popularity, produce the same meaning story again and again with different artistes.

Kinda sad that Min-woo only appears as supporting character here. Hope he can get 2nd male lead soon.
Even with those star casts in one drama, with the comical and tears, the rating is not good T___T
@Karin: like Rain said, there is no lead characters here. Everyone has their own portion and story, so you can't pick A or B as the lead. For me, as the story involved around Young-soo and Gi-tak, they are the leads (the characters, not the actors). You could say that the female leads are Da-hye and Yi-yeon, as Hong-nan is actually Gi-tak in female form. Then the 2nd male leads are Ji-hoon and Jae-kook.

Its entertaining and touching at the same time. Theres lots of wisecracks that make us laugh and yet not frivolous. Every cast shines and not just the otps. Perhaps I'm not a fan of cheesy dramas that talks about nothing but romance from start to finish where the only question throughout is : is "she for me, is she not? or is he for me is he not ? or is she for him, is he not, bla bla along similar line.This storyline is really refreshing.

Will it turns into a homo relationship or will Hong Nan build another feeling towards Seung Jae (Tae Hwan) or maybe Hae Joon (Rain) perhaps? I'm really looking forward to see what's gonna happen next. By the way, Yeon Seo acting is daebak, she portrayed her character really well to the point that I can't believe I had never watched any of her dramas before, shame on me really!
P/s: A little bit sad with the bad rating, hope it can get better in the next episodes!

OYS is the focus of half the plot, while LMJ is only relevant in Rain's story. Obviously, LMJ is in a supporting role.
The story revolves around Rain and OYS characters. Promotional posters focus on them. No doubt about it, they are the leads.

And then throw in a whole cast of great actors/actresses like they have in this drama, I'm hooked. The first episode was awesome, it ran the full gambit of emotions and ended on BREATHLESS. 2016 is starting to look like Korean Drama Heaven.
