Because of the relationship between and Delta, you have complimentary access to preferred window or aisle seats in Main Cabin.

When you travel for work, you’re already going the extra mile to make things happen – which is why it’s even more important to stay comfortable and productive while in the air.

With Preferred Seating, depending on the fare type purchased, you can enjoy complimentary access to Main Cabin aisle or window seats – just for being a Corporate Traveler.

After booking, to choose your seat, simply use the Fly Delta app or visit delta.com/mytrips and complimentary Preferred Seats that are available to you based on the fare type purchased will be displayed.

Additionally, you can enjoy better seat choice when flying with Delta partners Air France and KLM. Simply book through your company’s authorized channels.

Please note that tickets booked in Basic Economy are not eligible for this benefit, and eligibility varies by fare class.  See terms and conditions for details.

Terms and Conditions

Preferred Seating: Customers traveling on company business with an employer who has an active Delta Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta are eligible to receive complimentary Preferred Seating on Delta and Delta Connection® carrier operated flights. Preferred Seating may be selected by the customer any time after ticketing. 

To be eligible for any Corporate Priority benefit, including Preferred Seating, tickets must be purchased via authorized company channels and be associated with the company’s corporate travel arrangement with Delta. Tickets booked in Basic Economy (E) are not eligible for this benefit. Eligibility varies by fare class and is not available in all fare classes. Travelers with your company are eligible for Preferred Seats in fare classes Q, H, S, M, B and Y. Fare classes are displayed at the time of booking either through your company's booking tool or travel agent. Preferred Seating is subject to availability. All Preferred Seats terms and conditions apply and are available at delta.com.

Customers traveling on qualifying tickets will receive tie-breaker prioritization over similarly-situated customers not traveling on qualifying tickets when being rebooked, assigned a boarding zone, waiting for a seat assignment on the Airport Standby List, or a SkyMiles Medallion Member who has requested an upgrade. Factors impacting placement on Rebooking, Boarding, or Standby Airport Priority Lists may include but are not limited to ticket value, frequent flyer status, and check-in time.

These benefits do not guarantee receiving a seat assignment. Factors and formula for passenger prioritization, including factors used to identify similarly situated passengers, are confidential. Seat assignments and prioritization are in Delta’s sole discretion.

Benefits may be suspended without notice during irregular operations. All associated change fees apply.

A company opted-in to receive Downgrade and Denied Boarding Prioritization benefits for their travelers do not guarantee that travelers will not be downgraded or involuntarily denied boarding.  For full details on Downgrade and Denied Boarding Prioritization benefits please contact your company’s Corporate Travel Manager or Delta Sales Account Representative.
