Please note that you may notice a slight colour variation between different batches of our concentrated stocks – this is quite normal for a product made using all-natural ingredients – but each batch still has the same great taste!

I'm not on a low FODMAP diet. Can I still eat Bay’s Kitchen products?

Yes! All the family can enjoy Bay’s Kitchen products. We have really focused on our products' taste so that everyone can enjoy them together!

However, it is not advisable to only eat low-FODMAP foods unless you have been specifically advised to do so by a medical professional, as the diet is very restrictive. Anyone not on the diet can enjoy our products but should ensure it is part of their usual balanced diet.

Our products are also gluten-free and dairy-free, and many are certified vegan, making them suitable for those with allergies and other dietary restrictions.

Are there any allergens in Bay’s Kitchen products?

All allergen information is clearly listed on the jar label and on each product page in our online shop, with any allergens highlighted in bold.

Are all your food products Low FODMAP certified?

Yes. They are certified by FODMAP Friendly – you can visit their site to find out more about their certification here.

All of our products are also gluten-free certified, dairy-free certified, and the majority are vegan approved!

How long can I keep your products?

All of our products are ambient, meaning they are kept in a store cupboard rather than a fridge or freezer before opening. 

When you receive them, they will have a minimum shelf life of 3 months (although it's often much longer!).

Sauces, soups, and gravies should be refrigerated once opened and consumed within 2 days.

Concentrated stocks, chutneys, and condiments should be refrigerated once opened and consumed within 1 month.

Can Bay's Kitchen products be frozen?

Yes. All of our products can be frozen; however, we can’t guarantee the quality will be just as good after doing so.

Really tasty BUT price could be cheaper... i love your products but for instance, 4 pound something for a jar of curry sauce which is half the size of a normal jar of curry sauce is a bit rediclious. Its difficult enough for ibs sufferers. Ive now found this company which is great but the prices do put me off. The prices could be more reasonable.
