Given 100% while driving a Audi A4 Allroad (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 80,000 average miles Best winter tyre for my car. I had dunlop 4d before this it way good tyre but noisy. This tyre is just perfect for every condition. Exxelent on snow. Traction, braking ... Just best . On wet is wery good too. On dry is best winter tyre for me becouse is quiet. Buy again for sure. Highly reccomend . Sorry for my bad english. Helpful 507 September 4, 2014 Given 31% while driving a Jeep XJ Cherokee (225/70 R16) on mostly country roads for 152 easy going miles The WORST TIRES I EVER BOUGHT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Expensive and promising a lot, in fact they: Increased the consummation in 15%. Quite dangerous with aquaplaning. A total disaster in mud, they force me to use 4x4 Low in a way where I passed at 4x2 with the old Michelin. They are ready to change after 30.000 Km. From BMW, Peugeot, Citroen, Alfa Romeo, Land Rover, UMM, Sport Classic Cars and many others I have always chose between Michelin, Bridgestone and BFGoodrich. Never doing less than 60 to 70.000 Kms with each set. (exception for Porsche and Spider naturally "eating" the back wheels) The Cherokee came with Wrangler. I changed them after 500 Km. Another set of "pieces of rubber" sliding in wet road and a joke in Off-Road. Now I am thinking about the General Grabber AT (not the older AT2, not bad at all), after drive a Gran Cherokee 4.0 equipped with the Grabber AT2. Hesitating between these and Michelin or Bridgestone (always a wise Choice). After 30 years driving and more than 5 million kilometers in all kind of conditions from Africa to Norway and many years between Portugal and Spain, I still feel stupid for spent a fortune in these Continental german tyres. Helpful 555 May 27, 2013 Given 87% while driving a Toyota RAV4 (215/70 R16 T) on mostly country roads for 40,000 easy going miles Very good tyres for winter, but also in summer. We use them as all season tyres Helpful 568 October 5, 2011 Have you driven on the Continental ContiCrossContact Winter tyre?Have YOU got experience with the Continental ContiCrossContact Winter? Given 84% while driving a Audi Q7 (275/45 R20 V) on a combination of roads for 700 spirited miles Had these fitted just over a week ago and had to cover over 700 miles last weekend. If I'd known how warm it'd be, I'd probably have left my Duelers on, but I'd already made the decision. Was expecting more noise and less grip on warm dry roads than the Bridgestones but grip was exceptional on the fantastic A roads through Scottish borders and Northumbria. Coming back on the M6 road noise was ever so slightly more than I was used to but you'd need to turn the radio off to notice the difference. Obviously don't know how they'll be in the snow and ice but really can't wait to find out. 5* for wear is only because it's too early for me to say. That said, my Q7 chews through tyres at an alarming rate so I'll not be at all surprised if I only get a couple of winters out of them. Helpful 475 November 2, 2011Share Your Experience
