Pans took ages to arrive and I didn't use them straight away so hen I eventually did, the 30 day money back guarantee had expired. The non stick element is non existent, and although they look good, they are definitely not worth the money - certainly would not recommend. Save your money and buy cheaper ones, the non stick will be better. Show details

Non-stick NOT! – Sadly I had high hopes when I saw the ad and then bought it. Used it a couple of times for omelettes and pizza and it proved itself but third time on, not non-stick! Even seasoned it prior to every use. Waste of money :( Show details

So, not quite as described but I swapped forever chemicals for forever cookware. Also, the rims on the glass lids were a water trap.

 Follow-up 4mo · Everything in my original review remains the same, the only issue with the lids is when it is washed and drained, water is trapped around the underside of the metal rim. Not a big issue but requires extra time & effort to dry it. I use my 3 favourite oils when cooking depending what I want to cook. Avocado, Peanut or Rice Bran oils. Food still… Read more

got it RIGHT with these! Oh and the free Knife that came with them is a beauty too! Real sharp and feels good in the hand and works/balanced very well, again, KUDOS Global Shop Direct! Credit where credit is due! The only minor complaint and I'm not sure how to fix it water gets trapped in the lid after washing, in the very edge and seems to take a lot of shaking to get out, maybe a pin hole in the inner edge to let the water drain out? Perhaps in line with the vent hole, so it's easy to know where to place lid position to aid the draining? BUT if that's the only fault it's NOTHING!

that I had to soak it in hot water to get the residue off.Then he told me to speak to customer service and I asked him to put me through to Customer Service and he said he did not have the facility to transfer me. He said he could give me a phone number and I told him to send me the number by sending me a text message because I was driving at that time when he rang me and he told me that he did not have the facility to send messages. Firstly it is false advertisement and secondly there is no after sales service. Lastly I would like to know what action you are going to take regarding my complaint if not I will take the matter with Fair Trading. Thank you

Great flavoured food starts here – I love this pan. It does what it claims to do and so far no problems. I have however not tested the limits with metal utensils. the plus side, the lids are amazing despite the weird build of the edges. Sometimes, they can be annoying to clean and dry but function as intended.

Sucked in by advertising spiel – Very expensive piece of rubbish. When I used the main large fry pan in the set it buckled in the middle and everything instantly stuck to that part and the surface went black. This is the most expensive and worst pan I ever used. And there in the top right-hand corner was a display of a 3-year warranty. Opportunistically, I pointed out that this lass was incorrect, whereas she then said the 12-month guarantee must be for the pan only and not the complete set... I asked her to hold whilst I went into their website, and yes there it was, even the single pan had a 3-year unconditional warranty. If I hadn't seen the add again, I would have just accepted this WELL-TRAINED woman's word and thrown the pan out. The fact of the matter is that being in our 60’s we tend to believe folk. Having a woman blatantly lie to gain financial benefit; destroys my faith, leaving me feel like an old fool. There was no apology, just a some what defeated person confirming my delivery address. We have received the new pan which turns my stomach when I use it, remembering the premeditated deceitful nature that took place…

This is fantastic – This pan is amazing. Even if your stove top is at a low temperature, the pan still retains the heat. It browns meat perfectly and at a quicker cooking time. Loving the non-stick surface, so easy to clean. We also use less oil now, sometimes none at all. Show details
