What are nacho fries?
According to Taco Bell, nacho fries are fries seasoned with bold, Mexican spices and served with a side of warm nacho cheese sauce.
They are also currently not being sold in the restaurant, though that may change at some point. They’ve gone and come back a few times already since their introduction.
In the meantime though, I’ve got you covered with this recipe.

Ingredients
Let’s break this down into ingredients for the fries, for the cheese sauce and for the salsa ketchup.
For the fries you need:
Potatoes– Russets or Idaho potatoes cut into 1/4″ strips.
Olive oil– To help the seasoning stick.
Powdered cheese– To infuse the fries themselves with the cheesy nacho flavor.
Spices– Chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.

For the cheese sauce you’ll need:
Greek yogurt– Make sure you are using plain Greek yogurt. Don’t substitute regular yogurt or your sauce will be too thin.

Powdered cheese– To give it that cheesy flavor.

Ketchup- Your favorite brand.
Salsa– Hot or mild, it’s up to you!
