Cosco Soap was founded in 1966 and has been a leader in the soap manufacturing and detergent manufacturing industry ever since. Located in Ridgewood, NY in a 40,000 square foot facility, Cosco Soap has the capacity to cater to any project whether large or small. With over a dozen filling lines and blending tanks ranging in size from 55 gallons to 5,000 gallons our production versatility is unmatched. Our in-house laboratory assures the best Quality Control and Product Development in the business, including our flagship product, Cosco Tincture of Green Soap. Our ability to reach our customers nationwide is supported by our fleet of trucks and partnerships with many major national freight companies.

We manufacture all types of liquid soaps and detergents. Personal Care cleaners, Household cleaners, automotive cleaners, Pet Care products, Laundry products and numerous other Specialty Cleaning compounds.

Can you make me a custom product?

Yes! Our specialty is tailoring products to fit our client’s needs. Whether you have a fresh new idea for hand soap or maybe you like a popular Laundry detergent that is on the market that you’d like to provide your own custom twist to, we can help! Can I have my own scent in my product?

Absolutely. In addition to carrying a large stock of fragrances in house, we work with some of the best fragrance houses in the world to help create our clients desired signature scent. To learn more about scent development click here.

Are you able to source packaging for our project?

In addition to stocking many custom size bottles, we have direct access to the largest distributors of the packaging components necessary to create your own unique soap or cleaning product! We can also guide you if you’d like to design your own custom packaging as well.

Can we supply our own packaging and/or fragrance?

Yes, we can adapt your job in numerous ways including utilizing your own supplied packaging / labels / fragrance etc.

I want my brand to be eco-friendly; can you make green cleaning products?

Yes! Our catalog our environmentally conscious soap and cleaner formulations is always growing! We have partnered with the top chemical vendors who focus on the latest green technology with their offerings. Want a sulfate-free Shampoo? A laundry detergent without any harsh chemicals? Or maybe an All-Purpose Cleaner that has only #1 rated EWG ingredients? We can do it!

What are you minimums?

We have industry low minimum order quantities. MOQ is determined by the scope of your project and the equipment it will be produced on. We understand that many new companies cannot to take on higher order quantities for their initial orders, especially if you are an emerging brand. Our super low MOQs will allow you to get your product out there without breaking the bank!

Can you make me a sample?

We can definitely make you a sample to analyze. This is the best way to see the high quality product that you will be receiving.

What is your timeline to finish my project?

This all depends on the size and scope of your job. We do have one of the fastest turn-around times in the contract packaging space. Timeline specifics will be discussed during your project development.
