Cosmetics are products that cleanse, beautify or alter the appearance of skin, hair or nails. Globally, cosmetics are subject to regulatory requirements, such as the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act in the U.S., and the Cosmetic Products Regulation 1223/2009 across the EU.

If you are developing or preparing to commercialize a beauty product, makeup, fragrance, cleanser or any other cosmetic or personal care product, rely on RCTS for comprehensive safety testing and claims substantiation.
