Played this game since beta and now I suddenly can't :( pretty sure it's windows 10 for me though. Maybe try that? I can load in through the .exe file, but my game also freezes after boss room cutscenes. All you can do now is wait for Steam to fix it or until the next update. You can however download the Nexon Launcher by clicking on the Big Play Button (http://mabinogi.nexon.net/) and selecting the "Download the Launcher & Start Playing" option.
