Is cream cheese on the do not eat list for anyone? To be specfic "Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese."

Pregnancy brain and can't find my silly list. I'm getting mixed answers when I ask doctor google and my doctor's office just closed.

If I call the nurses lines I know, They usually say refer to the list your doctor gave you. Truthfully, I've probably done worse... I ate potato salad from the refrigerated section from Walmart .

It probably is but I figured I ask the internet.
My google search says soft cheese bad and can't find things on cream cheese.

I'm originally from NJ and we just came back from visiting. I swear I ate my weight full of Bagels and Cream Cheese. It should be fine.

Amber042216 Posted 06-05-17Is this really a question? I literally eat whatever I want with no restrictions. I eat cream cheese, I eat turkey sandwiches, I eat tuna, I drink coffee, I drink alcohol (A LITTLE, I REPEAT, a VERY small amount), I drink tea, etc. My baby is completely healthy and squirming away in there constantly. You're fine. I was like this once. And then I had 4 miscarriages and said, fuck it. I'm going to enjoy being pregnant and not constantly worry about what I should and shouldn't do. And here I am, almost 6 months now with a take home baby!See all replies (1)
