  • no profile photo 3 of 3 people found this review helpful Is that 40 cal per wing I take it? - 5/18/10 Reply from NICKERAMA (5/19/10) Yes, according to the spark food guide, 1 unit = 1 wing, 21 calories, but with the spices/flour etc., it comes to 40. Remember when wings are cut in half, two are actually one. Hope that helps!
  • no profile photo Incredible! 2 of 2 people found this review helpful It is baking in my oven as we speak! Thanks for a great way to fix wings. I removed as much skin as possible before marinating. I'll let you know how it turns out. **It turned out great! It was crisp and delicious! I lightly oiled the baking pan, left some of the skin; turned out crisp! - 1/17/11 Reply from NICKERAMA (1/18/11) Just a note: The oil from the chicken wings actually make the flour cook better and get more crispy. I'm not sure by removing the skin (better nutrition though) if it will cook very well. You can spray after flouring with cooking spray, maybe?
