Cup Corn Recipe | Butter sweet corn Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Cup corn is simple and easy recipe where corn is flavored with butter, salt, pepper powder and lime juice. We always love to munch this anytime. I love masala corn than this simple butter corn but this is perfect for kids. Whenever we go to some supermarket, malls this butter cup corn is must to have. It is very economical to make this in home.

Only tedious job is removing the corn kernels. If you remove and keep it ready, you can prepare this snack for kids quickly. Pressure cook the corn for 2-3 whistles. - Sweet corn 1 cup
- Salt as required
- Pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Butter 2 tsp
- Lime juice 1-2 tsp
Instructions
- Remove the sweet corn kernels and keep it ready.
- Add water, salt and pressure cook the corn for 2-3 whistles.
- Drain the water and keep it aside.
- Take corn in a bowl
- Add butter, pepper powder, salt and lime juice.
- Mix it nicely till everything is combined
- Serve hot in cups.
Notes
