Curie is an optional Companion that can be obtained after completing the Vault 81 quests, Here Kitty Kitty and Hole in the Wall.
After gaining enough affinity with her, you will obtain the Emergent Behavior quest, which is required to reach the highest affinity with her.
After reaching highest affinity, you will gain the Combat Medic perk, which once per day, will heal 100 Hit Points if your health falls below 10%.
